Once you have completed the content creation form, the content team will work to your expected deadline as closely as possible. If for any reason, we cannot complete the work within the timeframe, we will communicate this with you. If the project is time-sensitive, i.e., for a specific day such as environment day, please specify this on the form.
The content team will usually provide the first draft four weeks after receiving the brief.
This draft will give the marketer an opportunity to ask for changes, additions, and amendments. You should receive a second draft within a few days to a week of submitting changes. You will then get a second opportunity to give feedback on any desired tweaks or changes. The third draft should then be the final version ready for publishing. If other changes need to be made after this point, a new brief will need to be submitted. You can submit this via the brief as an existing project.
